As every story of great success begins with dreams, the story of Enterprise BX started with a deeply personal one for our founders. It was a powerful dream fueled by the heartbreaking loss of a father to a treatable disease. This tragedy ignited a fire – a commitment to help people overseas gain access to life-saving medications and contribute to a better future for all. Fueled by love, respect, and a vision for a healthier world, the founders of Enterprise BX embarked on a remarkable journey.
The Birth of an Idea (2004-2005):
Our story began with a shared vision. While working in different companies, several team members and advisors saw an opportunity for a high-quality pharmaceutical company in Jordan. This vision was fueled by the need for acquisitions in the region and the potential to help people access essential medicines at affordable prices.
Laying the Groundwork (2006-2008):
Extensive market research, both locally and internationally, confirmed the viability of our vision. We formed a Board of Directors comprised of investors, pharmacists, and doctors at the University of Jordan. Together, we developed a comprehensive business plan focusing on key markets like the USA, EU, India, and China. This meticulous planning phase took several years as we ensured everything was done ethically, avoiding any conflict of interest with our current employers.
Building the Dream (2008-2011):
With a finalized plan, we established TQ Pharma in Jordan (visit their website: TQ Pharma. Emphasizing quality as our top priority, we collaborated with the Jordanian team to develop a successful strategy and brand identity that resonates across the MENA region. We participated in facility design, equipment acquisition (including qualification processes from Italy and South Korea), and personnel recruitment.
Established and running formally in 2011, TQ Pharma has become a leading force in Jordan's pharmaceutical landscape. TQ Pharma quality is evident in the diverse range of generic and patented medicines. With a team now and after 10 years of 250-499 dedicated professionals, TQ Pharma addresses a wide range of therapeutic areas, including:

A Hybrid Approach to Success:
To overcome initial challenges and secure crucial investments from the Islamic Bank of Jordan, one of our team members relocated temporarily to manage on-site operations. We also explored Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) in the region, facilitating product development and manufacturing processes. While awaiting equipment delivery, we managed these projects remotely with the valuable support of our partner, Sana Pharma (visit their website: Sana-Pharma.), until their successful launch.

After ABOUT five years of dedication, TQ Pharma has become a leading player in Jordan, recognized for its high-quality products.
Now after 10 years TQ Pharma, with the vision that we established and hiring a high caliber team graduates who were equipped with expertise nurtured in the USA, contribute significantly to the MENA region. As envisioned in our original plan, we're now assisting TQ Pharma and other companies in expanding their market reach to the USA and Europe.
